Trandon, better known as "WELCH" is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at WELCHinc LLC, where he serves every client through love and truth and leads his team with a standard of excellence.
Welch started this company from the ground up and has often stated that the company was created the day he was born. With this mentality, he doesn't need much motivation outside of thinking he was born to do this very thing.
From consulting with some of your favorite entertainers to being the brains & creativity behind your favorite brands, Welch is a "Jack of all trades" and has the drive to leave none unmastered. He has recently focused more in the lanes of photography and videography and is capturing some breathtaking images. Whether he's giving back to the community or inspiring the next generation to go beyond the norm, he'll aways be an advocate of change and truth.
